Our chicken entrees include favorites like Chicken Cacciatore and Chicken Alfredo, but also have options that may be new to your Italian palette. Chicken Maximo, sautéed with garlic, mushroom, asparagus and sun-dried tomatoes in a white wine sauce, may be a style you haven’t been exposed to, and well worth giving a try. Chicken del Pastore, sautéed in olive oil with garlic, red peppers, onions and spinach with a touch of sun-dried tomato sauce, served with a side of rigatoni pasta is another delicious dish to try.
